A new "hot spot" can be decided as soon as someone needs to whisper the name on the streets, so the trendiest nightclub destination is sometimes difficult to stay on top of. If you believe you want to check the place, always try calling first to order a table if possible (which costs above the additional cost) but by ordering a table, you are more likely to enter the door. And make sure to dress that part, or the guard might be comfortable "losing" your reservation. Eating out is also a popular way to see celebrities, although of course this makes it a little more difficult to really interact with them than to disturb their dinner and make it clear that you are trying to get face to face with them. However, if you just want to observe them from a distance, restaurants are the way to go. Be sure to visit The Ivy or Fred 62, because they are the two hottest restaurants around.
